We agree - remember these four basics:


1. Know the value of the enterprise at any given moment. 
2.Keep a  current valuation available for measuring growth. 
3. Keep track of intangibles, they add tremendous value to any enterprise. 
4. Be certain that your valuation person has experience in the practice of intangible analysis. 

Intangibles can be like vaporware and easily overlooked.
